Kwalitas suatu boiler sangat ditentukan oleh berbagai hal yang penting, diantaranya adalah sebagai berikut :

Boiler “ DUF – SERIES ” didesign dengan mengacu ke standard : Japanese Industrial Standard (JIS) – B 8201 “Construction of steel boiler for land use” dan sesuai Australian standard 1797 – 1986 “Boiler Fire Tube, Shell, and Miscellaneous.
2. Material yang dipakai
- Boiler Tube : JIS.G 3461(ST 35.8) / DIN 17175 – Japan / Germany
- Shell & Fire Chamber/Lorong Api : JIS.G 3103(SB 410)/DIN 17155 H II – Japan /Germany
- Refractory Cement : Midcast “ TRIMOR “ - England
3. Examination
Examination yang kami lakukan adalah jenis : Non Destructive Test
- Untuk Boiler Vertical : - Hydrostatic test=1,5 x Max.Working Pressure
- Ultrasonic test – Acc.to : ASME -V
- Untuk Boiler Horizontal : - Hydrostatic test=1,5 x Max.Working Pressure
- Radiographic Test Acc.to : ASME- V
- Welding Procedure : Acc.to : ASME - IX
